            I wanted to send this email to let you know how happy I am with the Delta MS. My home was built by Malcolm Homes in 1996. We moved in on October 30, 1996 and the spring of 1997 was the "Flood of the Century". My basement was very dry then and almost 15 years later, it is still very dry and warm. I had 2 other brand new houses prior to this one and both of them had a very damp feeling basement. I remember my cardboard boxes turned green with mold from the dampness of the concrete floors. The basements without the wrap also had a damp smell to them. There was nothing like that in my existing house. We just sold our home and will be moving from a two story to a bungalow. I will be once again having a house built. I will certainly pay the extra cost to have the MS Delta wrapped around my home again. I highly recommend this product.

About the Owner

Kent MacDougall, Owner

Kent MacDougall, the owner of BlueMaxx Basement Systems started out as a new home and renovation contractor where he did sub-contract work for home builders and other contractors. He has been in the business for over 30 years. As owner, Kent oversees operations to make sure everyone on the team has the necessary tools to complete their jobs to the highest degree. He is responsible for ensuring that everyone also has all of the qualifications needed to be successful, all while being in charge of dealing with with suppliers and subtrades on a day-to-day basis.

Kent loves planning for the future and that no day is ever the same. He is a certified ICF installer of ICF Forms, certified waterproofing for Delta-Ms Membrane, and has taken the R-2000 Carpentry Builders Course. He firmly believes in leading by example. In his free time, Kent enjoys fishing with his grandchildren, getting together with his buddies for a cigar and coffee, and is a supporter of the Winnipeg Blue Bomber and Goldeyes games.
