This basement in St Pierre-Jolys often leaked after intense rains due to the crack in the foundation. After the quick thaw this spring the homeowner decided it was time to call for back up. We sealed the crack using FlexiSpan and added SilverGlo behind the insulation to hold back any moisture or humidity that may occur.
