Residential Push Pier Project
Challenge
Nearly 5 years after purchasing this 1970's bungalow with a concrete foundation, homeowners began to notice signs of settlement in their foundation. Such as uneven floors, cracking interior walls, and doors becoming difficult to open. Upon inspection, it was found that the North and West portion of foundation had settled more than 3 inches from its original position.
Solution
