Preparing for Foundation Piers
Foundation excavated and wall base prepped for pier installation
Piers Installed with Brackets
Piers are installed to support the foundation. Once all piers are driven, foundation is lifted/leveled to suitable position.
Foundation Waterproofing
After structural work is complete, foundation cracks are sealed and walls are waterproofed with Delta-MS dimpled waterproof membrane. New weeping tile and stone installed at base of foundation.
